Crack Prevention for Foundation Finishing As it is an elastic polymer cement mortar, it follows any hairline cracks that may occur in the foundation itself, preventing cracks from appearing on the surface. 3. Prevention of Stains and Efflorescence on the Foundation The foundation can absorb moisture from the ground, leading to rising stains, cement efflorescence, and mud stains, which cannot be removed by washing with water. "CT Barrier" covers the surface with silicone paint, allowing mud stains to be easily washed away. *Please use "House Shoes Top Coat" for the top coat. 4.
